Spam/Robo Call, Please Block

Just got a spam call from 510-527-8187. It went to vmail, no msg left. When I tried calling the number I got the standard error tone and message "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected." A search via Google shows the number is associated with Digi-Com Electronics in Berkeley, Oakland, and Richmond. They supposedly have a mailing address of PO Box 454, Berkeley CA.
