How do I sign up for paper bill?

I am currently enrolled for an e-bill that comes to my email. Is there an option to deactivate this, and start receiving paper bills at home?

If yes, can I create this request online?

No, we don't offer paper billing - in fact, for most residential services we only accept payment via Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards. This is done to create the most cost-efficient service we can for our members.
