What is acceptable packet loss on Sonic?

We don't publish a specific number, because it should be a negligible amount, near zero.

Well I tried an external ping and see sometimes 1 and even 2 % as say 1-2 times out of series of 100 counts .
Seems a bit high.

Can you post those details?
You'll often see pocket loss at intermediate steps, as routers passing traffic do not make ACK a priority, but you shouldn't see end-to-end loss like that.

I am testing before my router
Today actually I see good
"1000 packets transmitted, 1000 received, 0% packet loss, time 12783ms"
