Faxline not receiving

Our faxline is not receiving faxes (sending is working). The reported errors are "no answer" and "connection refused." Any ideas what's going wrong? Thanks

I'm not sure what is going on yet. Going to send you a test fax and watch what happens from my side.

From my side it appears to have worked. I am not sure why your previous attempts did not. Can you have the sender try again?

I tried resending from efax, and it failed again. The failure message from efax says there was no answer.
