PACE 4111N Filing Sharing

On my PACE 4111N, Services tab, Status page, under File Sharing there are 8 devices listed. I recognize 5 of them as computers and printers on my LAN. At least 2 names I do not recognize TL-WR802N and It-sbr-10.
1. How did these devices get listed under File Sharing?
2. How do I figure out what the unknown entries are? I'm concerned that they might be spyware.
3. How do I delete, add, and modify these entries?

Model: 4111N-030
FW: 9.5.1.49.10

Googling those terms suggests "TL-WR802N" is a TP-Link N300 Wireless Wi-Fi Nano Travel Router. "It-sbr-10" suggests a variety of devices, none of which appear to be networked.

If you don't have a travel router, I'd suggest changing your Pace's wifi password.

Spyware shouldn't pop up on your modem's connected device page.

As Mike mentioned, go ahead and change your Wi-FI name and password as a precaution if you don't trust devices listed in your network. Also double check your IoT Devices! You'd be surprised how many things a user can have on their network that they don't think about.

If you want to get extreme, enable mac filtering and add all your trusted devices.
