Hello James, The large bill was caused by an upgrade, the old service was still processing the cancellation resulting in some overlapping services. The system has automatically corrected this and has added credit which will pay for October and November's bills. Yes, typically all representatives are trained to be able to give you a heads up that you might see an odd invoice for upgrading or move order. I apologize for the lack of heads up and transparency, this is not the experience we want for our customers though it is hard to tell if that will happen and how much it will be.

The charge that would saw will not be your normal monthly price, I have emailed you and left a voicemail explaining the credits will pay for the next 2 months of service, or we can issues the credits as a refund since they haven't been applied to anything yet. If we issue the credits as a refund then you will see a charge for October and November.
