abject download speed

Fusion has gotten worse and worse and worse ...
My service is for 'up to 10 mpbs'.....well worded for protection, for sure, but...
Even a few weeks ago when I thought it was awful I was getting 7 mbps.
Today? 3.5 mbps.
I haven't moved farther away from whatever point my speed gets calculated from, but my service has definitely crashed.

Is anyone else suffering from deterioration since they signed up?

Contact support. They'll troubleshoot your line.

They did that a few weeks ago and it just got worse.
I did just get a message saying they did it again.
Hopefully it will be better now.
