for Pic Compliance

i have question for port 5001what you guys used for because my credit card company cannot not fine and PIC Compliance is coming fail can you help me out.
I suspect you mean "PCI Compliance" (PCI = Payment Card Industry, which sets requirements on how credit card information is gathered, transmitted, and stored).
Is Port 5001 used by your credit card equipment to connect to the company that provides the service? Can you describe your setup? Remember that we can't see how your system is set up, so we only know what you tell us.
