Help me help you!
I am regularly reminded I need to delete some emails to clear up space. As a looong time Sonicanian, I have emails in recent years from friends who have passed, e-trails of vital actions, etc, and that are important to me to save.
Webmail allows only a small page at a time to be sorted. Or I can try and retrieve what I can that way then call Support and have them delete entire time blocks for me, hoping I got what I need.
Please allow a function where I can see and manage the data myself, saving bandwidth, Support time, AND anxiety.
As one newly on disability of a case of cancer, I cannot afford the high overage fees.

Hi! You can actually change how many e-mails show up on each page. You can do this by going to Settings on the top right and then Preferences and Mailbox View. The fourth option down will mention rows per page. You can update this to something more suitable and then hit Save on the bottom. After altering how many e-mails you see per page, you may also want to resize your preview window. If you go back to your Inbox, underneath where it has the options for 'Select', 'Threads' and 'Move To...' you will notice your mouse icon changes. You can click and drag this up and down to resize your e-mail list/e-mail preview.

The other thing that may be useful is adding folders to help sort mail. If you go to Settings again and this time go to Folders, you will see + button at the bottom of the page. You can create new folders for sorting. Back in your inbox, just click and drag e-mails into folders to transfer them. You can also right click an e-mail, go to 'More' and select 'Move To...'

Why not use an email program, such as Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, Eudora, Outlook, etc. to download the emails you want to save to your computer? That way, you can save them as long as you want without worrying how much space they're taking on Sonic's servers.

Even if you prefer to use a web based client normally using a desktop client like Mike suggests will make bulk mailbox operations significantly easier.
