FAX "0 pages received"

We were expecting some faxes and saw quite a few entries that had "0 pages received" in the Notes column. Is there a way to see if it's a Sonic or source issue?

I think I may have worked with you via a support ticket to look into this, if not feel free to PM me details of the faxes (your account name, sender's fax number, date and approximate time of the faxes) and I can investigate further.
