Very slow internet in Oakland!

I have been using sonic for the last 6 months and even after getting in touch with sonic about my internet speed, I still see very slow speeds. Its very difficult for me to access the net with the speeds I am currently getting.

I have attached a picture of my upload and download speeds. What is the normal speed supposed to be? I am on a $40/month plan.

Hello,

I've taken a look at your account and run some diagnostic tests. It looks like there is a ground on the line which is likely causing (or at least contributing) to your slow speed issues. I suggest you contact Support to troubleshoot, identify where the physical impairment exists and we'll likely want to then arrange a dispatch to perform repairs. Hi Andrew,

Thanks for looking into this. Whenever I call support up I get the same reply about a ground issue, they send someone and this happens again. I feel like i'm just paying money for nothing. Well i'm going to call up support again and tell them this.
