I've been trying to enable WiFi calling from my smartphone at home--no success. My phone recognizes and saves my home network name; it states that it is connected to my router/ modem. But the phone never get beyond the spooling searching. It gets stuck at "WiFi enabling...". The problem is not the phone--BlackBerry Priv running Marshmallow OS--or its software because I'm able to access and connect public networks and friends' networks in their homes.(See attachment that indicates the phone is ready for WiFi Calling; I tried it this morning @ Legion of Honor.) Is Sonic sure that there's no Pace 4111N-030 Modem/Router firewall preventing WiFi connection to my phone
Thanks in advance.
