FTTN Router Log - Read Date?

I cannot make sense of the date in the Event Log from my Pace 5031NV gateway.
The top entry reads:
2016-03-11T21:08:07-08:00
The bottom entry reads:
2016-03-10T07:20:09-08:00
The only 'sense' I can make is that we are perhaps talking about March 2016
How long a time period does this log cover?
Thanks
John

Short answer is that your example shows just over 24 hours of logging.
I have the same gateway. I just looked at the logs and the top line has an entry of:
2016-03-12T06:24:11-08:00
Perhaps "T" means time, but clearly that is the year, month and day and then the local time with hour, minutes and seconds. The "-08:00" is the time zone which 8 hours subtracted from the "universal time constant". That should drop to -7 tonight.
The last entry on my log is:
2016-03-10T04:37:48-08:00, so again it is just more than 24 hours being displayed.

Thank you, dherr.
Somehow, at the end of the day, I managed to convince myself that it had been a 'Friday the 13th.' That meant that I could not see the "11T..." part of the entry as the day part of a date.
I created a separate thread regarding the word 'hijacked' that appears 4 times in 24 hours. I hope I get a reply to that one.
Has anyone seen a manual that explains the field that uses these letters?
acs
hurl
sys (probably stands for 'system' ?
"blank" (which occurs before "Previous log entry repeated 'n' times"
thanks

Thank you, leifs, for a very useful reference.
All to frequently finding one like this depends on searching the term "ISO date." I certainly didn't find this one by using and example as a Google search term.
thanks
