Eudora 7 trouble shooting

Eudora will not allow me to send message or receive them. This is my lap top. My table top computer is down. I have not used the lap top computer in sometime. Please help. I am able to open up eudora, however that is it.

As it's been a while since you've used the laptop it would be a good idea to confirm the password configured in Eudora is your current Sonic password. Also to make sure the outgoing server is mail.sonic.net and the incoming server is either pop.sonic.net or imap.sonic.net (depending on if the account in Eudora is for POP or IMAP).

Another thing, if I remember correctly Eudora didn't like our (Sonic's) most recent SSL certificates, you may want to try non SSL if you're currently set to SSL. Those ports are IMAP - 143; POP - 110; SMTP - 587.
