I did a speed test yesterday and this is my speed. Is this comparable to other people's?
This is very slow!
6.14 mbps download speed
0.87 mbps upload speed
ping 30 ms

With a loop length of about 10,500ft, that's a pretty good single-pair ADSL2+ speed.

I have the same thing happened to me. A couple of days ago my download speed was cut more than in half! I had 36Mbs, and now it is only 7Mbs. What is going on Sonic? My bill wasn't cut in half! You still charge me $62! Please, check the line!!???

You have been uploading at your maximum rate for a number of hours now. This causes what is called line saturation and will result in the kind of behavior you're experiencing. Do you know what is causing the upload activity?

Additionally, your second copper pair has a fault and that line isn't currently in sync (connected) which is also contributing to your connectivity issues. I suggest you call Support to troubleshoot and determine where the fault exists so we can take appropriate action to facilitate repairs.
