Anyone else's voice line not working this morning?

Along with the previous issue we're experiencing (incoming calls disconnected after four rings if VM is disabled), this morning we discovered that our voice line is not working. No dial tone on the phone, and incoming calls go straight to VM. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Check your ATA. If not all lights are on, power cycle or reboot using "***999" from a handset.

Sorry should have clarified we've got gigabit fiber service, so no ATA involved.
