WordPress Duplicator error with db connection

Hello,
I’m trying to run the WordPress Duplicator plugin to automate updating my WordPress site on Sonic.
This is the plugin I’m using: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
I’ve created the archive and installer.php files from my local dev environment and uploaded to Sonic.
When I run the installer.php, and hit “Test Connection”, I get the error message “An error occurred while testing the database connection! Contact your server admin to make sure the connection inputs are correct!”
What should I be using for host and port? I've been trying sonic.net and port 21.
I’m sure the db name, user and password are correct because I just installed WordPress in the same folder (as installer.php), and grabbed the details from the wp-config.php.
Thanks!
