Cygwin

I keep getting "Unable to get setup.ini from http://mirrors.sonic.net/cygwin/>"
(And it doesn't install.)

I think you need to add x86 or x86_64 to the URL.

Your setup.exe is too old. Go to cygwin.com and download the latest version. I don't have problems with setup that's 2 revs older (2.871) than latest (2.873).
