Hi, I need a way to set my browsers to open a composer for my sonic mail when I hit a reply link in a web page.

Currently I am trying to set up the 'Mailto' extension in Chrome to handle this. It is asking for the full URL for the compose page. I have given it this;

https://webmail.sonic.net/?_task=mail&_ ... on=compose

and it says "Please match the requested format."

Any advice?

You shouldn't need an extension to accomplish this. In our webmail, head over to Settings, Preferences, and then select User Interface. From here, there should be a Browser Options section, containing a place to "Register protocol handler for mailto: links". By clicking on this, and following the prompt (select 'allow'), your browser should automatically bring you to a compose window when you click on an email link within Chrome.
