Hi,
I am a new subscriber switching over from AT&T. Yesterday I got the email saying congratulations your fusion service is now active. But it's been two days and no it is not. There is nothing. The phone doesn't work. Am I missing something? Was I supposed to do something? The stuff for the internet installation comes tomorrow. Will that make it work? I'm new and have no idea what is going on.

And also, does anyone ever answer the phone when you call for tech support?

You can see that by going https://www.sonic.com/support and clicking on "Request a call".

After your service activation date if you don't have continuity to your phone jacks (no dial tone / internet signal), then we'll need to send out a Sonic technician. That technician will hook up your phone jack to the copper pair at your phone box. To do that give Support a call at 888.766.4233.
