I am a new subscriber switching over from AT&T. Yesterday I got the email saying congratulations your fusion service is now active. But it's been two days and no it is not. There is nothing. The phone doesn't work. Am I missing something? Was I supposed to do something? The stuff for the internet installation comes tomorrow. Will that make it work? I'm new and have no idea what is going on.
