Just got email that our new double fusion ready to go. At same time out Internet connection died with old modem and with new modem. Have work to do and service closed. Not good.

This likely means that your line has been bonded on our end. As others have stated, you'll need to connect the new modem which is capable is communicating with the bonded lines, and that should get you right back up and running.
