When will sonic come to my area?

I called Sonic about 4 years ago when they mailed out flyers telling everyone the good news of their pending service in my neighborhood. I checked today, it's still not here. Does anyone know if Sonic is planning to ever provide service to the 1000 block of Summerfield Road in Santa Rosa, Ca, 95405?
