I recently tried the Fax tool, and found:

-- when I pressed the "History" button after sending my fax, I returned to the "Send New Fax" page rather than seeing a history;
-- despite what the Help page says, there is no "History" button on the "Send New Fax" page; and
-- the Help page has a typo: "Is there a log of faxes that I've sent in the past??" has an extra trailing question mark.

Though right now, two question marks kind of covers things.

It was easiest to fix that typo, so I did that first.

Second, I've added an explanation that, for the time being, mailbox accounts cannot view their fax histories but that faxes that a mailbox account sends show up on the primary account's history.

Third, I'll have Chris remove the spurious link after you've sent a fax.

Also the mailbox accounts get emails if the fax succeeds or fails, so as Dane pointed out on another post "that" is your best history option.

The "history" link on the fax confirmation page for mailbox accounts has been removed. Sorry for the confusion!
