How Important is my call?

It's very reassuring to hear periodic encouragement while on hold with Sonic, stating "Thank you for continuing to hold. Your time is very important to us."

As I am typing this message, I have been on hold for twenty minutes, so I've been reassured many times just how important my time is to you. I guess that's why you keep taking so much of it.

I'm sorry you've been on hold for so long, I understand how frustrating that can be. We're experiencing huge demand for our service right now, and it's impacting our call center's hold time. We're doing everything we can to remedy this, but hiring and training the right folks takes time.
