webmail email auto address populate

Before it would, when typing the email address and only entering the first few letters it would look at the addresses in any folder. This was then showing only the first couple of letters of my desired address.

Now it only pulls form my "address book." UGH!

Any thoughts of how to resolve this, and get back to the original address search, would be GREATLY appreciated.
