"In Que" for hours

So, I'm used to the fax sitting in the que for a few moments, maybe even minutes, but, I have three faxes now sitting in the que for most of the day. Can I make them go NOW or delete them so I do not get charged (court filings) on the other end? Thanks in advance for your input/help.
