death policy?

following a death in our family, I realize that I don't know how to identify next of kin to sonic, or what sonic would need to have to grant my survivors access to my mail spool.
is there a policy on this? can I designate someone ahead of time, who would be granted access in the event that I caught the bus unexpectedly provided that person faxed in a death certificate, for example?

My spouse is listed on Sonic's records as a secondary contact who can make any/all requests regarding the account.

My sincerest condolences for your loss.
In the case of a tragedy such as this, you can fax over the death certificate as you mentioned, add an additional administrator to the account by calling in, or use the
Account Transfer Form.
Warm regards,
