openVPN Synology client

I got the .ovpn document from http://beta.vpn.sonic.net. When I try to import the certificate as given to the client via a web openvnpn wizard it replies with a popup box - illegal certificate.
No help from sonic support.

Hello Ricky,

There is a thread over in the ACCESS section that is all about the OpenVPN beta, there is a lot of troubleshooting going on in there so you may find answers. Additionally you can ask this question in that thread and will likely yield some helpful interaction. That thread can be found here:
