Called in 9/10 to close my account and today I see I'm still being billed $18.95 for basic internet for NEXT MONTH. Ridiculous bunchs of crooks. The CSR assured me there would be no more charge. BBB and Contact4 here I come.

OK. So, instead of calling them and telling them directly of their potential mistake or "scam" you decide to post here? How much credibility should we give you?
It looks like Jordan in our Billing department sorted this out earlier today while on the phone with you. A receipt for the credit back to your card should have arrived at your off-Sonic email address around 10:03am.
