For premises this close to the CO, FTTN isn't relevant. Instead, we'd put you on VDSL2 today, and at that distance you could expect 50-100Mbps for simple Fusion X1 service. Also in the Sunset, we'll begin offering Fiber-to-the-home soon, so that'll be when you're likely to end up, if you're on one of the streets we are building out.
