I have outlook 2013 on my win 7 laptop and also use my ipad and iphone to access mail. Does anybody have some suggestions on how to make these work together with Sonic's IMAP. The main question revolves around where the folders are and where the messages get stored to which folder. I can read my mail from all devices, the problems occur when I try to see deleted, drafts, sent ,etc folders. Any help would be appreciated.

When using IMAP, all of the folders will be stored on Sonic's servers; each of your devices with synchronize with the server to retrieve folders and email.

You might need to add an IMAP Path Prefix to point each client to the proper hierarchy for our servers. Most of the time you'll find the path prefix in the advanced section of the mail client. Simply add "INBOX.", without the quotes, to each, and your information should be consistent across all devices.

Hope that helps, but if you have any trouble, please give support a call at your earliest convenience. We can be reached at 1-888-766-4233, seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm.
