a SPAM report glitch?

Today's MIME formatted daily spam report on the shell server via MUTT was entirely in (a broken) dual HTML format.
That is, the portion that should be "text/plain, quoted, us-ascii" was in raw HTML code.

example-
<!-- content -->
<p><span style="vertical-align:bottom; font-size: 16px; font-weight:
bold; color: #007dc3; font-family: arial;"><a
href="https://members.sonic.net/email/graymail/">Graymail Nightly
Report</a></span></p>

Well, ok... Apparently something at sonicnet got reconfigured.
Another new thing never seen before in the spam report headers:
X-Mailer: MIME::Lite 3.027 (F2.77; T1.28; A2.04; B3.08; Q3.08)
(normally there is no x-mailer line)

And normally the format is--
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"; format="flowed"
now it is
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

Poking around now... I see that spam filtering settings on my account has been HTML which normally works when the 'text/plain' part is properly formatted. Anyway, I set my spam report to plain text for the time being.

Will this MIME formatting issue be fixed?
(I hope!)

Thank you, Kelsey.
I've reverted back to default (HTML) and it's working great again.
