Getting to WordPress Admin

After I login in to sonic member tools how to i get the admin dashboard?

You should find the Wordpress admin interface in the "/wp-admin" subdirectory of your site. So if your blog is at
http://www.example.com/ your admin interface would be at
http://www.example.com/wp-admin/
