The template received with notification of fax message reception states:

To manage your fax delivery options go to the fax management tools at https://members.sonic.net/fax_rx

You need to correct that hyperlink, it should read: (my emphasis)

https://members.sonic.net/[b]labs/[/b]fax_rx
