No more support statistics?

In the past, when one visited sonic.net/support, s/he could see how many people were in the queue and the approximate wait time.
I don't see that anymore. Are there any plans to return it to the Support page?

If you click on the "request a call" button at sonic.com/support you should get hold time estimate and number of calls on hold. I don't know if we're going to be bringing the graph back. There was a little bit of gee-whiz to that, but it isn't terribly helpful to know that there were no hold times at some point in the past. Helpful for internal purposes like scheduling staff levels, but we've got internal tools for that.

I really liked the chart because it shows how we've been doing for the day, and folks waiting on hold could see that it wasn't typical. Why did we lose it?

I primarily was interested in seeing the number of people in queue and the estimated wait time. The graph was interesting and intriguing, but the information wasn't particularly valuable to me.
I didn't realize the data had moved behind the "request a call" button, as I hadn't tried that. Unless the issue is urgent (e.g., my service is down), I'd prefer not to get in the queue if my call can wait until the techs have a moment to breathe.

I had no idea this functionality was still available! That's awesome, thanks for the info, John!
