eFAX internationally

We now have an eFAX telephone number, but a customer in Australia said he could not send to that number.

Can one send and receive eFAXes internationally? Or is an eFAX number only good for the United States?

Is it possible to enable international eFAX and if so how?

If the eFAX number is limited to this country only, that is quite a limitation and should be expressly noted!
