Great Service

Just wanted to say that I have had great service from Sonic through the signup process, hooking up my router, and having a technician replace a broken jack.

Louie Chavarria was the technician that just came by my house and the service was spectacular.

When I called Comcast and DirecTV about becoming a new subscriber, they went into customer retention before I was even a customer. They were rude and tried every pressure sales ploy in the book. Sonic does none of that.

Hopefully fiber comes to my area soon. Although, I'm getting almost 13mbps already.
