The new "themed" gTLDs have made the global spam situation much worse, not just here at Sonic. I have already had to blacklist .link, .me, .mobi, and more recently .click, with additional wildcard (*) variations on each for subdomains that slip through. Now I see yet another, .rocks, showing up in the full headers.

This can't go on interminably.

I'd thought, maybe I should just blacklist everything, then whitelist .com, .net, and .org - the original "real" TLDs - but all that would do is whitelist all the spam from those, probably. And then there are the legit country codes.

I can guarantee there isn't one single email I will EVER want to receive from any of these new TLDs. There has to be an easier way to block them (and I know plenty of people who wouldn't know the first thing about getting into their settings, let alone checking full headers). These new domains were a stupid idea to begin with, all for cuteness and commerce.

Perhaps blacklist outright any TLD suffix more than three characters in length, which would allow the country codes (yes, even .ua and notorious .tk). This would save a lot of time & aggravation, even if something like .me would still have to be blocked manually.
