availablility of Fusion

I've been a loyal sonic.net customer for years, but am increasing frustrated why I live in Santa Rosa and continually cannot get Fusion for our household. Sonic has been based in Santa Rosa for 20 or so years, and one would think Sonic would have Santa Rosa nailed as far as offerings. I've inquired for as long as Fusion has been around and nope, not to my address in NW Santa Rosa.
Why is there such a problem with Fusion access in NW Santa Rosa? Am I the only customer to ever complain of this???!!!

No, you're not the only one to complain about this. The problem is that Sonic Fusion is served out of the one CO located downtown. However, for those that live too far away, you're out of luck for the existing Fusion product.
However, if AT&T has advertised availability of their U-Verse product to you, then you should be hearing from Sonic soon relative to their coming ability to offer Fusion via that pathway. It should be early next year (not that far away).

Thanks - I just checked and the AT&T U-Verse bundle is available to my house. (we have their landline). Assuming this is good news, and yes, want to be notified when sonic offers Fusion via this route!

Existing customers that are good candidates to move to that platform can expect to hear from us as soon as we are ready!

Then go to the Sonic sign-up page:
https://www.sonic.com/availability
When it says it's not currently available, it will give you the chance to enter your email address for notification. Fill that in to receive notification.

Hi Kelsey,
we're in 95120 in San Jose and we have also been waiting patiently for far too long for Fusion. An update on an approximate ETA would be greatly appreciated. I will personally take the responsibility to spread the word in our neighborhoods (as you probably know, nextdoor.com is a powerful and wide-reaching forum to get the word out to your neighbors!) and you can expect many many signups for Fusion when you make it more widely available here in San Jose. The pent-up demand for a service like Fusion is obvious, and the increasing resentment against the incumbent suppliers should be even more obvious after yesterday's report from the US Dept of Commerce (Economics and Statistics administration) available here:

Thank you!
