Can't receive fax

I can see in the fax history that I received a fax but did not receive an email and don't see a way to open the fax.
Me too. This is transmitted from a fax number (not from an advertiser).
I called Sonic.net support and they told me, as usual, that receiving faxes is only supported via online forum (here).
