Send a Fax Release

Just a note that we've pushed a new release out that we hope will result in improved fax transmission success rate. This release should also allow us to identify a fix for the duplicate transmissions associated with "failed" faxes.

I just had two failures sending to a fax service that used to work just fine when sending through Send-a-Fax. Kelsey, drop me a line if you'd like details.

That's certainly not the desired outcome. We'll take a look at this on Monday, if you could send the numbers and approximate dates to my email that'd be helpful.

Hi, virtualmike!

I deployed code yesterday that should try the original default settings first, before we go through all of the other new settings. Please try again and if that doesn't work I'm definitely now logging everything we're getting back from the switch, so now I can learn what all that stuff means.

It failed again, dlyke. However, I've just discovered that my account with that service is borked, which *may* explain the situation.

Let's set this one on hold until I can get the account sorted out. I'll try other tests as I get time. ...cheers! -vm

Ok, I've resolved the issues with the other service as noted above, and I was successful in sending a test fax from Sonic to that service. Regression testing passed.
