I've downloaded the Fusion Broadband + Phone app and installed it on my iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2 (11D257). My carrier is T-mobile.

I launch the program, select "Add a line", put in my sonic.net land line #, receive a phone call with the 6-digit code, enter the same password twice (different from my other sonic.net password), press "submit".

After that, I'm back on the home screen. When I again launch the app, the line has not been added.

As far as I can tell I've followed the instructions on https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/Fusion_Broa ... ne_iOS_App

According to tech support, this is a "Labs" feature so not supported. If anyone can help me get this up and running, I would appreciate it!

I see at the App store that it is optimized for iPhone 5. It doesn't say it is incompatible with iPhone 4. Perhaps it is?

I use it successfully with an iPad 2, running the same version of iOS. My hardware is roughly the same vintage.

The app is not reliable on some versions of iOS. Our team is currently in discussion about next steps. Meanwhile, we recommend using the Member Tools for line settings at https://members.sonic.net/voice/settings/ and either IMAP (email) or call-in (707-583-7700) for voicemail access. See also https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/Voice_Mail for more info.
