Fax receiving problem

Fax receiving problem. The faxes are not arriving to my in box. Tech support is able to see that they are received, yet they are not delivered; and their only recommendation was to present the problem here on forums.

I traced a fax from this morning through the system all the way to delivery to your inbox although I do not see it in your inbox at this time.

I'll check the spam folder.

Interesting thing about the fax that was traced to my in box this morning. That was delivered to me in error. The intended recipient's fax number was also a 595 number, but nothing close to mine. Either the sender grossly misdialed or there are some crossed wires at Sonic. If you wish, I can call the sender to find the number that was intended.

Do you know the approximate time that the missing fax was sent?

There were three faxes sent, around 20:20 on 10/18/11. Tech support saw them on the server, couldn't explain why they didn't get to my in box.

I have successfully received faxes before and after those.

Did you check your junk mail and message filters to make sure they're not tucked in a folder somewhere? Sometimes a filter will accidentally catch a message and move it.
