what is my db host

I am doing a manual install of wordpress and moving a wordpress site from my local host to sonic.
files are in my barrel builders.com folder.
have created a db barrelb1_bb1, and a user and pw.
don't know what to put in the wp-config file as the db host. is it localhost or something else? and where do I find this?
