Was referred here by sonic.net telephone help line --

Every time I attempt to login as an admin on our office's wordpress website it gives me this message:

"There doesn't seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started. You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn't work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file."

I know zero to nothing about building a website and am trying to figure out why my boss cannot login and edit the website. The sonic.net guy on the phone said something about there being three wordpress configurations? However, they said they cannot help because they only host the website.

Please help!
Thanks

What is your Sonic username for the account you are inquiring about, and what is the domain name or url for the wordpress install? Thanks!
