Intrusive scam number

I have received call after call (robo) from this number (mornings, mid-day, night for many months) 866-418-5647 from "Law offices of Arnold Doug Harris", a "debt collector". Looking on-line, there are multiple complaints about this bogus company and I have contacted the "Do Not Call" registry 3 times to complain as well as the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I again received a call this a.m. at 8:00. I would so love to have this blocked as #1 I don't owe anything that a debt collector would need to contact me about and #2 I'm just plain sick of these calls!!
