help with my new G2 phone?

I have a new G2 and I need to know how to set it up for sonic.
what's the incoming server address? Is it pop or imap? how do I input it in my phone?
security type? which should I choose? Port number?
and then what is the outgoing address? port number?
I did a search for this topic, but nothing showed up.

For most smartphones, you'd just put in your email address and it'll figure it all out.

To keep all of your devices in sync, use IMAP, not the older POP option.
