Net Nuetrality and Sonic

Has Sonic released anything regarding the FCC's recent plans to allow tiered service? If successfully implemented, will Sonic develop such a program, or continue to serve, essentially, as a utility?

Our CEO has made public his take on net neutrality on several occassions, recently posting the following:

I, for one, would love a taste of that sweet sweet net-apartheid money, but we cannot always let what is legal be the sole limit on what we feel is ethical.
