Sonic fax is sending 6 copies

Sonic fax is sending 6 copies and ocasionally returns msg "not successful" when in fact the fax was received. While on this site - is there a way to send the same msg to several contacts without having to find the file each time?

I think the 6 copies issue is the same as the one I reported in my post entitled "Send A Fax: Failed Unknown Status." Hopefully Sonic can find a good solution for this.
