However, I didn't receive an email with the fax itself. It's not in any of my normal destination inboxes, including Sonic.net's inbox and graymail folders.
This is a one-shot deal -- I *cannot* request that sender re-fax it.
If this document is sitting on a server somewhere, how can I retrieve it, please?
